Responsibilities:

1. Develop and monitor merchandising plans that are attractive to customers.
2. Train, motivate, and manage the team of Merchandisers.
3. Establish and maintain effective communication with all levels of the organization.
4. Monitor customer feedback and adjust merchandising plans accordingly.
5. Monitor inventory levels and ensure that products are replenished in a timely manner.
6. Ensure store displays are kept neat and organized at all times.
7. Track sales performance and identify areas of improvement.
8. Develop and implement strategies to increase sales.
9. Implement new merchandising strategies to maximize profits.
10. Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.
