Job Description

LendLease is looking for an experienced and dynamic Senior Concierge Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing an exceptional concierge and customer service experience to our customers and clients. This position requires an individual with a passion for customer service and a commitment to excellence.The ideal candidate will have at least 5 years' experience in a concierge role and a proven track record in delivering outstanding customer service. They should have a professional and friendly attitude, excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and a positive outlook and approach to problem solving. In addition, the successful candidate will possess excellent organizational skills and the ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks efficiently. A valid driver's license is also a must.
