  1. Develop and implement recruitment strategies to attract top talent for open positions at Legacy Health.
  2. Collaborate with hiring managers to understand their staffing needs and create job descriptions that accurately reflect the position requirements.
  3. Utilize various sourcing methods, such as job boards, social media, and networking, to identify potential candidates.
  4. Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidates' qualifications and fit for the organization.
  5. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers.
  6. Conduct reference and background checks for selected candidates.
  7. Maintain accurate and up-to-date recruitment records and reports.
  8. Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment and staffing.
  9. Build and maintain relationships with external partners, such as recruitment agencies and job fairs.
  10. Participate in career fairs and other recruitment events to promote Legacy Health as an employer of choice.
  11. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement diversity and inclusion initiatives to attract a diverse pool of candidates.
  12. Provide guidance and support to hiring managers throughout the recruitment and selection process.
  13. Ensure a positive candidate experience by providing timely and transparent communication.
  14. Collaborate with the HR team to develop and implement onboarding and retention strategies for new hires.
  15. Monitor and analyze recruitment metrics to identify areas for improvement and make recommendations for enhancing the recruitment process.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2-3 Years Of Experience In Recruitment And Staffing, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws And Regulations.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Interact With Candidates, Hiring Managers, And Other Stakeholders.

  • Proficiency In Recruiting Software And Applicant Tracking Systems.
