  1. Perform diagnostic ultrasound examinations in accordance with established protocols and standards.
  2. Use specialized equipment to produce high-quality images for interpretation by physicians.
  3. Prepare patients for procedures by explaining the process and addressing any concerns or questions.
  4. Position patients correctly and ensure their comfort and safety during procedures.
  5. Maintain accurate and detailed records of procedures performed and patient information.
  6. Collaborate with physicians and other healthcare professionals to determine appropriate ultrasound procedures.
  7. Monitor equipment functionality and report any malfunctions or maintenance needs.
  8. Maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  9. Demonstrate excellent communication skills with patients and healthcare team members.
  10. Provide exceptional patient care and ensure patient satisfaction.
  11. Stay current with advancements in the field of ultrasound technology and techniques.
  12. Attend trainings and conferences to further develop skills and knowledge.
  13. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
  14. Comply with all legal and ethical standards for patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Diagnostic Medical Sonography Or Related Field

  • Current Registration With The American Registry For Diagnostic Medical Sonography (Ardms) Or Cardiovascular Credentialing International (Cci)

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Clinical Experience In A Hospital Or Medical Setting

  • Knowledge Of Various Ultrasound Equipment And Imaging Techniques

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients And Healthcare Team Members
