
Senior Clinic Assistant

This individual will possess enthusiasm, attention to detail, and strong organizational and communication skills.We are looking for someone who is passionate about the healthcare industry and is eager to join a fast-paced, collaborative environment. Qualified applicants will have a minimum of 2 years of experience in a medical office setting, a strong understanding of medical terminology and insurance processes, and strong computer skills. Responsibilities:
- Provide exceptional customer service and patient care in accordance with Legacy Health standards.
- Assist with administrative and clinical tasks, such as scheduling appointments, filing paperwork, and processing insurance claims.
- Maintain accurate and organized medical records.
- Perform basic laboratory tests and data entry.
- Assist with any additional tasks as needed.
- Follow all safety and sanitation protocols.
- Demonstrate knowledge of medical terminology and insurance processes.
