  1. Providing compassionate and patient-centered care to patients in the Operating Room.
  2. Collaborating with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality care.
  3. Utilizing critical thinking skills to assess and prioritize patient needs.
  4. Administering medications, treatments, and procedures as prescribed by physicians.
  5. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date patient records.
  6. Monitoring patients' conditions and reporting any changes to the healthcare team.
  7. Adhering to all safety and infection control protocols.
  8. Assisting with surgical procedures and providing support to surgeons and other team members.
  9. Educating patients and their families on post-operative care and follow-up instructions.
  10. Participating in ongoing education and training to maintain and improve clinical skills.
  11. Demonstrating excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  12. Adhering to ethical and professional standards of practice.
  13. Maintaining a positive and professional attitude in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Job Qualifications
  • Bls And Acls Certifications.

  • Strong Communication And Critical Thinking Skills, With The Ability To Work Well In A Fast-Paced And High-Stress Environment.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Nursing From An Accredited Institution.

  • Current And Valid Rn License In The State Of Oregon.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In An Operating Room Setting.
