  1. Accurately and efficiently process all incoming referrals and revenue intake in a timely manner.
  2. Verify and validate all necessary information for each referral and intake, including patient demographics, insurance information, and medical records.
  3. Collaborate with healthcare providers and insurance companies to obtain necessary authorizations and approvals for services rendered.
  4. Maintain detailed and organized records of all referrals and revenue intake, ensuring confidentiality and compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  5. Communicate effectively with patients, providers, and team members to ensure a seamless referral and intake process.
  6. Identify and resolve any issues or discrepancies in referrals and revenue intake, escalating to management as needed.
  7. Stay up-to-date on insurance policies, regulations, and changes in the healthcare industry to ensure accurate and compliant processing.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, addressing any questions or concerns related to referrals and revenue intake.
  9. Collaborate with billing and coding departments to ensure accurate and timely submission of claims and invoices.
  10. Participate in training and development opportunities to continuously improve skills and knowledge related to referrals and revenue intake processes.
  11. Contribute to the overall success and financial stability of the organization by meeting or exceeding referral and intake goals.
  12. Maintain a positive and professional attitude, representing the organization with integrity and commitment to quality care.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Revenue Cycle Management Or Healthcare Billing.

  • Strong Communication And Customer Service Skills.
