Strong Communication Skills: The Revenue & Referral Intake Specialist Must Possess Excellent Verbal And Written Communication Skills To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Physicians, And Insurance Companies.
Knowledge Of Medical Coding And Billing: Candidates Should Have A Thorough Understanding Of Medical Coding And Billing Procedures, Including Cpt, Icd-10, And Hcpcs Codes.
Attention To Detail: The Role Requires A High Level Of Attention To Detail To Accurately Review And Input Patient Information, Insurance Coverage, And Referral Authorizations.
