  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements and standards related to patient safety.
  4. Conduct regular audits and assessments to measure the effectiveness of the patient safety program and identify potential risks.
  5. Develop and deliver training programs for staff to promote a culture of patient safety and quality care.
  6. Serve as a resource for staff, providing guidance and support on patient safety issues and best practices.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Departments And Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Or Master's Degree In Healthcare Management, Nursing, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Leadership Role In A Healthcare Setting.

  • In-Depth Knowledge Of Patient Safety Regulations And Best Practices, Including Joint Commission Standards.

  • Strong Analytical Skills And Experience In Data Analysis And Process Improvement.
