Job Description

Legacy Health is seeking an experienced and knowledgeable Quality and Patient Safety Consultant to join our team. In this highly impactful role, you will be responsible for developing and delivering quality and patient safety initiatives and strategies that meet the organization's standards.We are looking for an individual who is passionate about patient safety and quality improvement, and who is committed to helping Legacy Health provide the highest quality of care to our patients. To be successful in this role, you must have a minimum of a bachelor's degree in a healthcare-related field, five years of experience in a healthcare setting, and demonstrated experience in quality and patient safety. Additionally, you should have strong organizational, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.If you are a motivated individual who is eager to make a difference in our patients’ lives, then this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and deliver quality and patient safety initiatives and strategies that meet the organization's standards.
  2. Monitor and assess quality and patient safety performance to identify areas for improvement.
  3. Develop and implement processes and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory and accreditation standards.
  4. Collaborate with stakeholders to identify and address quality and patient safety issues.
  5. Design and implement quality improvement projects and evaluate their effectiveness.
  6. Prepare reports and presentations to communicate quality and patient safety performance.
  7. Analyze data and trends to detect potential risks and recommend preventative measures.
  8. Assist in developing quality improvement and patient safety education and training programs.
  9. Participate in interdisciplinary teams to improve patient safety and quality of care.
  10. Stay abreast of industry trends and best practices related to quality and patient safety.

Job Qualifications
  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills
