
Program Director - RN Residency and Academic Relationships
We are looking for an experienced Registered Nurse (RN) Program Director to join the Legacy Health team and lead our RN Residency and Academic Relationships program. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership and organizational skills, and possess a passion for mentoring and training the next generation of nurses.The Program Director will be responsible for the overall design, development and implementation of the RN Residency and Academic Relationships program, and will be a key representative of Legacy Health in the community. The successful candidate should have a Bachelor's degree in Nursing, a minimum of five years of clinical experience, and preferably previous experience in a leadership role. They should also have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, and be comfortable working with different levels of staff and stakeholders.This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and motivated RN to make a positive impact on the lives of our nurses-in-training and to help shape the future of nursing in our community.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement the RN Residency and Academic Relationships program.
- Manage and mentor the next generation of nurses in the Legacy Health team.
- Act as a key representative of Legacy Health in the community.
- Monitor and assess program progress and outcomes.
- Develop and maintain relationships with academic partners.
- Lead program activities and initiatives.
- Manage program budget and resources.
- Establish and enforce program standards and policies.
- Monitor and evaluate program performance.
- Provide guidance and support to program staff.
- Facilitate communication between program staff and stakeholders.
- Conduct research and data analysis to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Prepare reports, presentations and other materials related to the program.
