Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Physician Arrangements Program Director to join our team at Legacy Health. As the Program Director, you will play a crucial role in developing and maintaining relationships with physicians and other healthcare providers to ensure the success of our organization.   1. Develop and maintain relationships with physicians and healthcare providers to support the success of the organization.
  2. Oversee all aspects of the physician arrangements program, including contract negotiations, compliance, and financial analysis.
  3. Work closely with executive leadership to align the program with overall organizational goals and objectives.
  4. Monitor and stay updated on healthcare industry regulations and reimbursement models to ensure compliance and maximize revenue.
  5. Lead a team of professionals to effectively implement and manage physician arrangements.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In Healthcare Administration, Preferably In A Hospital Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Physician Contract Negotiation, Compliance, And Regulatory Requirements.

  • Strong Understanding Of Hospital Operations And Revenue Cycle Management.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Build And Maintain Relationships With Physicians And Other Stakeholders.

  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business, Or A Related Field. Master's Degree Preferred.
