Physical Therapist

We are looking for an enthusiastic Physical Therapist to join Legacy Health and be part of our team. As a Physical Therapist, you will be responsible for providing physical therapy services to patients, including evaluating and assessing patients, creating and delivering physical therapy plans, and monitoring progress. This position requires a successful candidate to be an effective communicator, compassionate, and have a passion for helping others. The successful candidate will possess a degree in physical therapy from an accredited program and be licensed in the state of Oregon as a physical therapist. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in physical therapy, have excellent verbal and written communication skills, and a desire to work as part of a team. Knowledge of current technology and electronic medical systems is preferred.

Responsibilities:

1. Evaluate and assess patients to develop individualized physical therapy plans.
2. Create and deliver physical therapy plans to patients based on their individual needs.
3. Monitor and document patient progress.
4. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
5. Maintain current knowledge of physical therapy practices, techniques, and trends.
6. Ensure compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and standards.
7. Utilize current technology and electronic medical systems in the delivery of physical therapy services.
8. Maintain records of patient care, condition, progress, and concerns.
9. Develop and implement patient-specific exercise programs.
10. Educate patients and families on physical therapy techniques and exercises.
