  1. Assist in the safe and efficient delivery of medication to patients.
  2. Maintain a high level of accuracy and attention to detail when dispensing medications.
  3. Communicate effectively with patients, healthcare providers, and other medical staff.
  4. Support patients in achieving their wellness goals by providing medication education and counseling.
  5. Collaborate with pharmacists and other healthcare professionals to ensure proper medication therapy.
  6. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards in the handling and dispensing of medications.
  7. Maintain accurate and organized patient records and medication inventory.
  8. Provide exceptional customer service to patients and their families.
  9. Demonstrate a commitment to ongoing learning and staying updated on industry developments.
  10. Follow all safety protocols and maintain a clean and organized work environment.
  11. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
  12. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  13. Perform other duties as assigned by the pharmacy manager.

Job Qualifications
  • High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education

  • Completion Of An Accredited Pharmacy Technician Program

  • Current Pharmacy Technician License In The State Of Oregon

  • Minimum Of 1 Year Of Experience In An Outpatient Pharmacy Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Pharmacy Laws, Regulations, And Drug Inventory Management Procedures.
