Pharmacy Technician

We are looking for a dedicated and meticulous Pharmacy Technician to join the team at Legacy Health. The successful candidate will provide assistance to the lead Pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy. To be successful in this role, the Pharmacy Technician must possess excellent organizational and communication skills, and have a passion for helping others. Responsibilities:

1. Assist the lead Pharmacist in the day-to-day operations of the pharmacy.
2. Accurately fill prescription orders and maintain medication stock.
3. Answer customer inquiries and provide appropriate information.
4. Receive, process, and verify insurance claims.
5. Ensure accuracy and compliance with state and federal regulations.
6. Maintain accurate records and filing systems.
7. Perform quality assurance tests on medications.
8. Monitor inventory levels and order supplies as needed.
9. Assist with the training of new Pharmacy Technicians.
10. Provide excellent customer service at all times.
