  1. Lead a team of pharmacists and technicians in the outpatient department, providing guidance, support, and direction.
  2. Utilize clinical expertise to ensure high-quality and safe medication management for patients.
  3. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement treatment plans for patients.
  4. Ensure compliance with all applicable laws, regulations, and standards in the pharmacy department.
  5. Manage and maintain inventory levels and oversee medication ordering and dispensing processes.
  6. Conduct performance evaluations and provide ongoing training and development for team members.
  7. Monitor and analyze medication utilization and trends to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities.
  8. Develop and implement policies and procedures to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the pharmacy department.
  9. Serve as a resource for patients and healthcare providers, providing education and counseling on medication therapy.
  10. Stay informed on industry developments and advancements in pharmacy practice to inform decision making and improve patient care.

Job Qualifications
  • Doctor Of Pharmacy (Pharmd) Degree From An Accredited University.

  • Active And Unrestricted Pharmacist License In The State Of Oregon.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience As A Pharmacist, With At Least 2 Years In A Leadership Or Supervisory Role.

  • Strong Knowledge Of Outpatient Pharmacy Operations And Regulations.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Effectively Lead A Team And Collaborate With Other Healthcare Professionals.
