1. Provide exceptional customer service to all Legacy Health providers, staff, and patients.
2. Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to our electronic health record system.
3. Communicate effectively with providers and staff to understand and address their needs.
4. Maintain a high level of attention to detail while troubleshooting and resolving issues.
5. Collaborate with the IT team to ensure a smooth and efficient resolution of issues.
6. Document all support calls and resolutions in a timely and accurate manner.
7. Continuously improve and update knowledge of Legacy Health's electronic health record system.
8. Serve as a point of contact for providers and staff regarding any issues or concerns with the system.
9. Provide training and support to new users of the electronic health record system.
10. Identify opportunities for improvement and provide feedback to the IT team.
11. Maintain confidentiality and adhere to all HIPAA regulations.
12. Proactively communicate any system updates or changes to providers and staff.
13. Act as a liaison between Legacy Health and the electronic health record system vendor.
14. Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance knowledge and skills.
15. Foster a positive and collaborative work environment.
