  1. Monitor patients and their surroundings to ensure a safe and secure environment at all times.
  2. Provide assistance with daily activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating as needed.
  3. Respond to any emergencies or safety concerns by following established protocols and procedures.
  4. Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and healthcare team members to address any safety concerns or issues.
  5. Remain calm and composed in high-stress situations and act quickly and appropriately to ensure patient safety.
  6. Maintain accurate documentation of patient observations and any incidents that occur.
  7. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to develop and implement safety plans for patients.
  8. Attend training sessions and stay updated on safety protocols and procedures.
  9. Foster a culture of safety and promote patient safety initiatives within the healthcare facility.
  10. Adhere to all confidentiality and privacy policies to protect patient information.
  11. Report any concerns or incidents to the appropriate personnel.
  12. Assist in maintaining a clean and organized patient environment.
  13. Proactively identify and address potential safety hazards.
  14. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients during their hospital stay.
  15. Advocate for patients' safety and well-being at all times.
