  1. Provide administrative support to the Women's Services department, including but not limited to answering phone calls, scheduling appointments, and maintaining records.
  2. Assist with daily operations by organizing and coordinating tasks and projects.
  3. Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail in all tasks and responsibilities.
  4. Handle sensitive and confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
  5. Communicate effectively with team members, patients, and other stakeholders to ensure efficient and effective operations.
  6. Help develop and maintain standard operating procedures and protocols for the Women's Services department.
  7. Assist with budget management and tracking for the department.
  8. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a positive and supportive work environment.
  9. Participate in staff meetings and training sessions to stay up-to-date on departmental policies and procedures.
  10. Demonstrate a strong understanding of women's health issues and advocate for the well-being of patients.
  11. Maintain a positive and compassionate attitude towards patients and their families.
  12. Assist with special projects and events related to Women's Services.
  13. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures to enhance departmental efficiency and effectiveness.
  14. Adhere to all company policies and procedures, including safety and confidentiality guidelines.
  15. Represent Legacy Health and the Women's Services department in a professional and positive manner at all times.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In An Administrative Or Office Support Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Experience With Electronic Health Records (Ehr) Systems.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With A Focus On Providing Compassionate And Professional Customer Service To Patients.

  • Strong Organizational Skills And The Ability To Multitask And Prioritize Tasks In A Fast-Paced Environment.

  • Understanding And Sensitivity To The Unique Needs Of Women's Health Services And The Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Information.
