  1. Manage and maintain accurate and up-to-date medical staff records, including licensing and credentialing information.
  2. Facilitate the onboarding and orientation process for new medical staff, ensuring all necessary paperwork and training is completed.
  3. Coordinate and schedule medical staff meetings, including creating agendas and taking meeting minutes.
  4. Communicate effectively with medical staff, providing support and assistance as needed.
  5. Monitor and track medical staff compliance with hospital policies and procedures.
  6. Collaborate with various departments to ensure smooth functioning of medical staff services, such as scheduling, billing, and patient care.
  7. Conduct regular audits and reviews of medical staff files to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.
  8. Update and maintain databases and systems related to medical staff information.
  9. Serve as a resource for medical staff regarding hospital policies, procedures, and regulations.
  10. Coordinate and assist with medical staff events and activities, such as continuing education seminars and social functions.
  11. Respond promptly and professionally to inquiries and requests from medical staff members.
  12. Participate in performance improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of medical staff services.
  13. Stay informed about changes and updates in medical terminology, procedures, and regulations.
  14. Maintain confidentiality of all medical staff information and adhere to HIPAA regulations.
  15. Continuously strive to improve processes and procedures related to medical staff support and services.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Healthcare Administration, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Of Experience In A Similar Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Strong Understanding Of Medical Staff Bylaws, Policies, And Procedures.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Collaboratively With Physicians, Staff, And Administration.

  • Knowledge Of Accreditation Requirements And Regulatory Standards Related To Medical Staff Services.
