  1. Assist physicians in providing quality care to patients in the orthopedics and sports medicine department.
  2. Take patient vital signs, record medical history, and update patient's electronic medical records.
  3. Prepare and sterilize medical equipment and instruments for procedures.
  4. Administer medications and injections as directed by physicians.
  5. Assist with scheduling appointments and coordinating referrals for patients.
  6. Educate patients on procedures, treatments, and medications as needed.
  7. Maintain a clean and organized work environment, ensuring all supplies are stocked and readily available.
  8. Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure continuity of care for patients.
  9. Follow all safety and infection control protocols to ensure the well-being of patients and staff.
  10. Provide compassionate and empathetic care to patients and their families.
  11. Stay up-to-date on industry developments and attend relevant training and workshops.
  12. Adhere to all legal and ethical standards and maintain patient confidentiality.
  13. Continuously strive to improve patient satisfaction and experience.
  14. Participate in team meetings and contribute ideas for improving processes and patient care.
  15. Perform other duties as assigned by the supervisor.

Job Qualifications
  • Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Credentials

  • Knowledge Of Orthopedic And Sports Medicine Procedures And Terminology

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Work With Patients And Healthcare Providers

  • Ability To Multitask And Work Efficiently In A Fast-Paced Clinical Setting.
