  2. Utilize strong clinical skills to assist physicians in providing quality healthcare services to women.
  3. Maintain a professional demeanor while interacting with patients, colleagues, and other healthcare professionals.
  4. Demonstrate a passion for women's health and a commitment to making a difference in the lives of patients.
  5. Collaborate with the OB GYN team to ensure seamless and efficient patient care.
  6. Take accurate patient histories and vital signs, and assist with medical procedures as needed.
  7. Prepare and maintain medical equipment and supplies for patient appointments.
  8. Educate patients on proper self-care techniques and provide resources for further education.
  9. Document patient information accurately and timely in electronic medical records.
  10. Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a safe and hygienic environment for patients and staff.
  11. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and trainings to stay updated on best practices and procedures.

Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Certified Medical Assistant Program: A Strong Foundation In Medical Assisting Techniques, Terminology, And Procedures Is Essential For Success In An Ob Gyn Setting.

  • Experience In Women's Health: Previous Experience In A Similar Role, With A Focus On Ob Gyn Procedures And Patient Care, Is Preferred.

  • Certification As A Medical Assistant: Possession Of A Current Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma) Certification Demonstrates A High Level Of Knowledge And Expertise In The Field.

  • Knowledge Of Emr Systems: Familiarity With Electronic Medical Records (Emrs) And Other Technology Used In Ob Gyn Offices Is Important For Efficient And Accurate Patient Care.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Crucial For Effectively Interacting With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals In A Fast-Paced Ob Gyn Setting.
