Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A Medical Assistant Program: The Candidate Should Have Completed A Recognized Medical Assistant Program And Obtained A Certificate Or Diploma.

  • Certification: The Candidate Should Hold A Valid Certification From A Recognized Organization Such As The American Association Of Medical Assistants (Aama) Or The National Healthcareer Association (Nha).

  • Experience In A Primary Care Setting: Previous Experience In A Primary Care Setting, Preferably In Internal Medicine, Is Preferred. This Will Ensure That The Candidate Is Familiar With The Specific Needs And Requirements Of The Role.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: The Candidate Should Possess A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Including Diagnostic And Procedural Coding, To Accurately Document And Communicate Patient Information.

  • Strong Communication And Multitasking Skills: The Candidate Should Have Excellent Communication Skills To Interact With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals. They Should Also Be Able To Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently And Prioritize Their Workload To Meet The Demands Of A Fast-Paced Medical Practice.
