- Provide compassionate care to patients in the Internal Medicine department.

- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records.
- Monitor and record vital signs, lab results, and other patient information.
- Prepare and administer medications as directed by healthcare providers.
- Educate patients on treatment plans and medication instructions.
- Perform basic medical procedures such as taking blood pressure, administering injections, and collecting specimens.
- Maintain a clean and organized work environment, including exam rooms and equipment.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and other healthcare professionals.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols.
- Assist with scheduling appointments and managing patient flow.
- Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls and maintaining patient files.
- Follow HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient confidentiality.
- Continuously stay updated on industry standards and medical advancements.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team members to ensure high-quality patient care.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
- Participate in training and development programs to enhance skills and knowledge.

Completion Of A Medical Assistant Program From An Accredited Institution.
Current Certification As A Certified Medical Assistant (Cma) Or Registered Medical Assistant (Rma).
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience As A Medical Assistant In An Internal Medicine Setting.
Knowledge And Understanding Of Medical Terminology, Electronic Health Records, And Basic Clinical Procedures.
Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Work Effectively With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
