  1. Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients with cardiac conditions in a fast-paced and dynamic healthcare environment.
  2. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  3. Assist with patient examinations, procedures, and treatments under the direction of a physician.
  4. Administer medications and perform routine patient tests, such as EKGs and blood pressure checks.
  5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records, including medical history, medications, and test results.
  6. Educate patients and their families on cardiac conditions, treatment plans, and preventive care measures.
  7. Monitor and report any changes in patient condition to the physician or other team members.
  8. Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations and protocols.
  9. Maintain a clean and organized work environment to promote patient safety and infection control.
  10. Continuously develop and expand knowledge and skills in the field of cardiology through training and education opportunities.
  11. Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills with patients, families, and colleagues.
  12. Uphold the mission, vision, and values of Legacy Health in all interactions and activities.

Job Qualifications
  • Certification: The Candidate Must Possess A Valid Certification As A Medical Assistant From An Accredited Institution.

  • Prior Experience In Cardiology: Candidates Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Cardiology Department Or With Cardiology Patients.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology: A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology Related To Cardiology Is Required For This Role.

  • Communication Skills: Excellent Communication Skills, Both Verbal And Written, Are Necessary For Effectively Interacting With Patients, Physicians, And Other Healthcare Professionals.

  • Ability To Multitask: The Candidate Should Have The Ability To Handle Multiple Tasks Efficiently, Such As Scheduling Appointments, Assisting With Procedures, And Maintaining Patient Records.
