1. Oversee the day-to-day operations of the inpatient pharmacy, including managing staff, inventory, and workflow.
2. Ensure the safe and efficient delivery of medications to patients, following all relevant protocols and guidelines.
3. Develop and implement policies and procedures for the inpatient pharmacy, in accordance with best practices and regulatory requirements.
4. Monitor and analyze key performance indicators to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize pharmacy operations.
5. Collaborate with other departments, such as nursing and physicians, to ensure seamless coordination of care and effective communication.
6. Stay up-to-date on industry trends and advancements in pharmacy operations, and make recommendations for incorporating new technologies or processes into the inpatient pharmacy.

8. Ensure compliance with all relevant laws, regulations, and accreditation standards related to pharmacy operations.
9. Maintain accurate and complete documentation, records, and reports for the inpatient pharmacy.
10. Act as a liaison between the inpatient pharmacy and external stakeholders, such as vendors, insurance companies, and regulatory agencies.
11. Participate in budget development and management for the inpatient pharmacy, ensuring efficient use of resources.
