Job Description

  1. Receive and process incoming orders for medical supplies and equipment.
  2. Maintain accurate inventory records of all supplies and equipment.
  3. Ensure timely delivery and distribution of supplies to different departments within the healthcare facility.
  4. Monitor and track supply levels to prevent stock shortages and overstocking.
  5. Collaborate with vendors to negotiate pricing and maintain positive relationships.
  6. Conduct regular physical inventory counts to reconcile any discrepancies.
  7. Utilize supply chain management software to monitor and update inventory levels.
  8. Assist in the development and implementation of supply chain policies and procedures.
  9. Keep up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in supply chain management.
  10. Maintain a clean and organized storage area for supplies and equipment.
  11. Train and supervise new logistics staff members.
  12. Collaborate with other departments to ensure efficient and effective supply chain management.
  13. Assist in the budgeting and forecasting of supply chain expenses.
  14. Ensure compliance with all safety and health regulations.
  15. Continuously seek out opportunities for cost-saving measures and process improvements.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Supply Chain Management Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 2 Years Experience In Logistics, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Inventory Management Software And Supply Chain Processes.

  • Strong Analytical And Problem-Solving Skills.

  • Excellent Communication And Teamwork Abilities.
