Logistics Technician

At Legacy Health, we’re looking for an experienced Logistics Technician to join our logistics team. Our ideal candidate is a detail-oriented, organized individual who is passionate about providing excellent customer service. The Logistics Technician will be responsible for coordinating and executing a wide variety of logistics tasks to ensure timely delivery of products to our customers.We’re seeking someone with a minimum of 1-2 years of logistics experience and a strong working knowledge of shipping/receiving procedures. The candidate should also have a high school diploma or equivalent, excellent interpersonal skills, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Responsibilites:

1. Coordinate and execute logistics tasks to ensure timely delivery of products to customers.
2. Monitor and maintain accurate records of shipments and deliveries.
3. Track and trace shipments to ensure delivery deadlines are met.
4. Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the logistics process.
5. Liaise with vendors and customers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of products.
6. Maintain and update shipping/receiving procedures.
7. Provide excellent customer service and communication with customers.
8. Ensure compliance with all company policies and procedures related to logistics.
9. Develop and implement strategies to improve the efficiency of logistics operations.
10. Monitor inventory and stock levels to ensure sufficient supply of products.
