Imaging Support Specialist

Legacy Health is looking for an Imaging Support Specialist to join our Imaging Services team. This individual will provide technical support and problem resolution for clinical information systems and imaging equipment. The ideal candidate is passionate about providing excellent customer service to both internal and external customers, and has the technical expertise and commitment to excellence needed to ensure that Legacy Health’s imaging systems are working correctly and efficiently.The Imaging Support Specialist should have strong analytical and problem solving skills, be highly organized, and have a customer-focused attitude. The candidate should also have experience with and knowledge of imaging systems and applications, as well as a strong understanding of network protocols. Additionally, the successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to effectively collaborate with the rest of the Imaging Services team.

Responsibilities:

1. Provide technical support and problem resolution for clinical information systems and imaging equipment.
2. Develop and maintain strong customer relationships with both internal and external customers.
3. Ensure that the imaging systems are working correctly and efficiently.
