  1. Develop and maintain strong relationships with all levels of management and employees to understand their needs and provide effective HR support.
  2. Provide strategic advice and guidance to management and employees on HR policies, procedures, and best practices in compliance with state and federal laws.
  3. Partner with management to identify and address HR issues and challenges, and develop effective solutions to improve employee engagement and productivity.
  4. Assist with the development and implementation of HR initiatives and programs to support the organization's goals and objectives.
  5. Conduct employee relations investigations and facilitate conflict resolution, ensuring fair and consistent treatment of all employees.
  6. Collaborate with HR team members to develop and deliver training programs on various HR topics, such as performance management, diversity and inclusion, and workplace harassment.
  7. Stay up-to-date on current HR trends and best practices to ensure Legacy Health remains a competitive employer.
  8. Manage the full cycle of employee recruitment, from job postings to onboarding, ensuring a positive candidate experience and a diverse and inclusive workforce.
  9. Ensure compliance with all HR-related laws and regulations, and maintain accurate and confidential employee records.
  10. Serve as a trusted advisor and resource for employees on HR-related inquiries, providing exceptional customer service and support.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration, Or A Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 5 Years Experience In A Human Resources Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Federal And State Employment Laws, Regulations, And Best Practices.

  • Strong Interpersonal And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Build Relationships And Effectively Collaborate With Various Stakeholders.

  • Ability To Analyze Data And Make Strategic Decisions, As Well As Handle Sensitive And Confidential Information With Discretion.
