1. Greet and welcome patients and their families in a warm and friendly manner.
2. Ensure timely and accurate delivery of food orders to patients' rooms.
3. Provide exceptional customer service by addressing any concerns or inquiries from patients and their families.
4. Maintain a clean and organized dining area for patients and their families.
5. Prepare food and beverages according to dietary restrictions and special requests.
6. Work closely with kitchen staff to ensure all food items are prepared and delivered in a timely manner.
7. Follow all food safety and hygiene guidelines to ensure a safe and healthy environment for patients.
8. Keep track of food inventory and notify management when supplies are running low.
9. Assist with setting up and cleaning up for events or special occasions.
10. Collaborate with other team members to ensure a seamless and efficient food service experience for patients and their families.
11. Uphold the hospital's mission and values by providing compassionate and professional service.
12. Attend training sessions and meetings to stay updated on food service procedures and standards.

14. Handle cash and credit card transactions accurately and efficiently.
