- Monitor and address any spills, stains, or other potential hazards on floors.
- Follow established safety procedures and guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
- Keep track of and report any necessary repairs or replacements for floor equipment and supplies.
- Assist in moving furniture and equipment as needed for floor cleaning and maintenance.
- Communicate effectively with team members and other staff to coordinate cleaning schedules and tasks.
- Maintain a thorough understanding of Legacy Health's standards and protocols for floor care.
- Adhere to infection control policies and procedures to prevent the spread of germs and bacteria.
- Attend and actively participate in training and educational opportunities to enhance floor care skills.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Follow all company policies and regulations, including confidentiality and safety procedures.
