  1. Implement and optimize Epic applications to support the delivery of quality patient care.
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Epic applications.
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement system improvements.
  4. Conduct thorough analysis of system performance and make recommendations for enhancements.
  5. Develop and maintain documentation for Epic applications, including user manuals and training materials.
  6. Train end users on new features and updates to Epic applications.
  7. Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in Epic applications.
  8. Communicate effectively with internal stakeholders and external vendors to ensure timely and accurate resolution of issues.
  9. Participate in testing and validation of new Epic applications and updates.
  10. Provide on-call support for urgent system issues.
  11. Maintain a high level of data integrity and security in accordance with HIPAA regulations.
  12. Contribute to the development and maintenance of policies, procedures, and workflows related to Epic applications.
  13. Act as a subject matter expert for Epic applications and provide guidance and support to colleagues.
  14. Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to understand and address their needs and concerns related to Epic applications.
  15. Participate in quality improvement initiatives to ensure optimal use and functionality of Epic applications.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Computer Science, Information Systems, Or Related Field.

  • Minimum Of 3 Years Experience Working With Epic Applications, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.

  • Epic Certification In One Or More Modules, Such As Ambulatory, Inpatient, Or Revenue Cycle.

  • Strong Technical Skills, Including Proficiency In Sql, Crystal Reports, And Other Programming Languages.

  • Excellent Communication And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Cross-Functional Teams And Provide User Support And Training.
