Environmental Services Technician

The Environmental Services Technician will be responsible for ensuring that our facilities remain safe, clean, and comfortable for our patients and staff.To be successful in this role, the Environmental Services Technician must have excellent problem-solving skills, strong attention to detail, and strong customer service skills. The ideal candidate must also be organized, a self-starter, and able to work independently or as part of a team. A high school diploma or GED is required. Responsibilites:

1. Maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment for patients and staff.
2. Perform daily cleaning tasks, including mopping, sweeping, dusting, and sanitizing.
3. Monitor and restock supplies and equipment used for daily cleaning.
4. Inspect and identify potential safety hazards and take necessary steps to mitigate them.
5. Respond to requests from patients and staff in a timely and professional manner.
6. Report any maintenance issues to the appropriate personnel.
7. Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate safety equipment.
8. Complete all paperwork accurately and in a timely manner.
9. Collaborate with other departments and staff to ensure a high standard of service.
10. Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
