We are seeking an Employee Relations Consultant to join our team and support our employees in maintaining a positive and productive work environment. As an Employee Relations Consultant, you will serve as a trusted advisor and partner to both employees and management, handling a variety of employee relations matters with a focus on finding solutions that align with our organization's values and goals. We are looking for a skilled communicator and problem-solver with a strong understanding of employment law and experience in employee relations.   1. Serve as the primary point of contact for all employee relations matters within the organization.
  2. Provide guidance and support to employees and management regarding employee relations issues and concerns.
  3. Conduct investigations into employee relations complaints, including interviewing parties involved and gathering evidence.
  4. Make recommendations for resolution of employee relations issues, taking into account company policies, procedures, and legal requirements.
  5. Develop and implement strategies to address and prevent workplace conflicts and promote a positive work environment.
  6. Advise and educate management on best practices for handling employee relations matters in accordance with company policies and employment laws.
  7. Collaborate with HR team to ensure consistent and fair treatment of employees.
  8. Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with tact and discretion.
  9. Monitor and analyze employee relations trends and make recommendations for improvements.
  10. Serve as a mediator in conflicts between employees, working towards finding mutually beneficial solutions.
  11. Conduct trainings on employee relations topics to promote a culture of respect, fairness, and inclusivity.
  12. Keep up-to-date with changes in employment laws and regulations to ensure compliance and mitigate risk for the organization.
  13. Foster open communication and positive relationships with employees at all levels of the organization.
  14. Participate in the development and implementation of company policies and procedures related to employee relations.
  15. Act as a role model for upholding the organization's mission, values, and code of conduct.

Job Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree In Human Resources, Business Administration Or Related Field

  • Minimum Of 3-5 Years Experience In Employee Relations, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting

  • Strong Knowledge Of Employment Laws, Regulations, And Hr Best Practices

  • Excellent Communication, Mediation, And Conflict Resolution Skills

  • Ability To Maintain Confidentiality And Handle Sensitive Employee Issues With Professionalism And Discretion.
