Emergency Services Technician

The Emergency Services Technician will be responsible for providing direct patient care, ensuring the safety of all patients, and performing technical and clerical duties. We are seeking a candidate who meets the following qualifications:

Responsibilities:

1. Provide direct patient care in accordance with established protocols and procedures, including assessment, triage, stabilization, and transport.
2. Monitor patient care and make adjustments to care plans as needed.
3. Assist in the diagnosis and treatment of patients, including administering medications, assisting with tests and procedures, and collecting data.
4. Maintain accurate and legible patient records.
5. Ensure the safety of all patients by monitoring vital signs, supporting patient transfers, and providing appropriate guidance to family members.
6. Respond to emergency situations quickly and appropriately.
7. Perform technical duties, such as setting up medical equipment, preparing medications, and stocking supplies.
8. Follow all safety protocols and infection control guidelines.
9. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and colleagues.
10. Maintain current knowledge of relevant medical practices and procedures.
