- Oversee and manage all aspects of quality and safety within the organization.
- Develop and implement strategies and initiatives to maintain and improve quality standards.
- Monitor and evaluate current quality processes and identify areas for improvement.
- Lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous quality improvement.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and accreditation requirements related to quality and safety.
- Develop and maintain policies, procedures, and protocols for quality management.
- Provide leadership and guidance to staff on quality and safety best practices.
- Analyze data and metrics to identify trends and areas for improvement.
- Communicate and report on quality and safety performance to senior leadership.
- Collaborate with other departments to implement quality improvement initiatives.
- Conduct regular audits and assessments to ensure adherence to quality standards.
- Develop and maintain relationships with external stakeholders and partners to enhance quality initiatives.
- Stay current with industry trends, best practices, and regulations related to quality and safety.
- Develop and manage the quality budget and allocate resources effectively.
- Mentor and train staff on quality and safety principles and practices.
Bachelor's Degree In A Relevant Field Such As Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Or Quality Management.
Minimum Of 5 Years Of Experience In A Quality Management Role, Preferably In A Healthcare Setting.
Strong Understanding Of Quality Improvement Methodologies Such As Lean, Six Sigma, And/Or Pdsa.
Demonstrated Leadership Skills And Experience Managing A Team, Including Hiring, Training, And Performance Management.
Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills, With The Ability To Collaborate With Multiple Stakeholders And Drive Change Across An Organization.
