
Customer Service Associate - Housekeeper

- Ensure cleanliness and organization of designated areas in the facility, including but not limited to patient rooms, waiting areas, hallways, and restrooms.
- Perform general housekeeping duties such as dusting, sweeping, mopping, and vacuuming.
- Monitor and maintain adequate levels of cleaning supplies and toiletries for designated areas.
- Respond promptly and courteously to customer service requests and inquiries from patients, visitors, and staff.
- Demonstrate a friendly and welcoming demeanor while interacting with patients, visitors, and staff.
- Adhere to all safety and infection control protocols to maintain a clean and healthy environment.
- Report any maintenance or safety issues to appropriate personnel.
- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient and effective cleaning of the facility.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of cleaning duties and completed tasks.
- Continuously strive to improve the overall cleanliness and appearance of the facility.
- Assist with other duties as assigned by management.
- Uphold the values and mission of Legacy Health through excellent customer service and attention to detail.
- Stay updated on company policies and procedures related to housekeeping and customer service.
- Maintain a positive attitude and professional demeanor at all times.
- Communicate any customer service or housekeeping concerns to management in a timely and effective manner.

High School Diploma Or Equivalent Education
