Certified Community Health Worker Training: The Candidate Must Have Completed An Accredited Community Health Worker Training Program And Obtained A Certification.
Knowledge Of Public Health Principles: The Candidate Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Public Health Principles, Including Health Promotion, Disease Prevention, And Community Engagement.
Cultural Competency: The Candidate Should Possess Cultural Competency And Be Able To Effectively Communicate And Work With Individuals From Diverse Backgrounds.
Experience In Community Outreach: Previous Experience In Community Outreach And Education Is Preferred, As The Role Of A Community Health Worker Involves Engaging With Community Members And Promoting Health Initiatives.
