Your compassion, empathy, and ability to establish a strong rapport with patients will be critical in helping them achieve their treatment goals.To be successful in this role, you must have a master's degree in psychology, counseling, or a related field and be licensed as a clinical therapist in the state of Oregon. Experience working in a clinical setting and knowledge of evidence-based therapy techniques is also required.   1. Conduct individual and group therapy sessions to address mental health challenges and improve overall well-being of patients.
  2. Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement customized treatment plans for each patient.
  3. Demonstrate a strong understanding of human behavior and utilize evidence-based therapy techniques to provide effective treatment.
  4. Establish and maintain a strong rapport with patients to foster a trusting and supportive therapeutic relationship.
  5. Conduct thorough assessments and evaluations of patients to determine appropriate treatment approaches.
  6. Continuously monitor and evaluate patient progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans as needed.
  7. Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient sessions and progress.
  8. Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding mental health issues and treatment options.
  9. Adhere to all ethical and legal standards, as well as organizational policies and procedures.
  10. Stay current with industry developments and best practices in the field of mental health therapy.
  11. Communicate effectively with other healthcare professionals, patients, and their families to ensure coordinated and comprehensive care.
  12. Promote a safe and inclusive work environment by valuing diversity and inclusivity in all interactions.
  13. Participate in team meetings and trainings to enhance clinical skills and knowledge.
  14. Adhere to confidentiality guidelines and maintain the privacy of patients' personal information.

Job Qualifications
  • Master's Degree In Psychology Or Counseling: A Clinical Therapist At Legacy Health Should Possess A Graduate Degree In Psychology Or Counseling From An Accredited University.

  • State Licensure: Candidates Should Hold A Valid License To Practice As A Clinical Therapist In The State Of Oregon.

  • Experience In A Clinical Setting: A Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Clinical Setting, Preferably In A Hospital Or Healthcare Setting, Is Required For This Role.

  • Knowledge Of Evidence-Based Therapies: Candidates Should Have A Strong Understanding Of Evidence-Based Therapies And Be Able To Apply Them In A Clinical Setting.

  • Excellent Communication And Interpersonal Skills: The Role Of A Clinical Therapist Requires Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills To Effectively Work With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals.
