  • Greet patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner
  • Answer phone calls and direct them to the appropriate department or person
  • Schedule patient appointments and maintain the appointment calendar
  • Collect and verify patient information and insurance details
  • Update and maintain patient records and databases
  • Process patient payments and manage billing inquiries
  • Assist with patient check-in and check-out procedures
  • Communicate with patients regarding their healthcare needs and concerns
  • Coordinate referrals and transfers to other healthcare providers
  • Monitor and order office supplies as needed
  • Maintain a clean and organized reception area
  • Adhere to all patient confidentiality and HIPAA regulations
  • Collaborate with other healthcare staff to ensure efficient patient flow
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and their families
  • Stay updated on healthcare policies, procedures, and regulations
  • Attend training and educational programs to improve skills and knowledge.

Job Qualifications
