Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Setting.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Verification, And Electronic Medical Record Systems.
Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Providers, And Other Staff Members In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
Demonstrated Ability To Multitask And Prioritize In A Fast-Paced Environment, While Maintaining Attention To Detail And Accuracy.
High School Diploma Or Equivalent, With Additional Training Or Certification In Medical Office Administration Preferred.
