  1. Greet and assist patients and visitors in a friendly and professional manner.
  2. Schedule appointments for patients, ensuring efficient use of provider's time and availability.
  3. Handle administrative tasks such as answering phone calls, managing patient records, and verifying insurance information.
  4. Create a warm and welcoming environment for patients, making them feel comfortable and cared for.

Job Qualifications
  • Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience Working In A Medical Office Or Healthcare Setting.

  • Knowledge Of Medical Terminology, Insurance Verification, And Electronic Medical Record Systems.

  • Excellent Customer Service And Communication Skills, With The Ability To Interact With Patients, Providers, And Other Staff Members In A Professional And Courteous Manner.
