Clinic Services Specialist

We are looking for an experienced and passionate Clinic Services Specialist to join our Legacy Health team. The ideal candidate should have excellent organizational and time management skills, experience in a medical setting, and be able to effectively handle a variety of tasks. This position requires a person who is self-starter, able to effectively manage multiple tasks, and has a strong customer service orientation. Responsibilities:

1. Provide quality patient care in accordance with Legacy Health's standards
2. Manage multiple tasks in an organized and efficient manner
3. Respond appropriately and promptly to patient inquiries
4. Ensure patient records are maintained according to protocol
5. Follow up with patients regarding their care needs
6. Assist in the daily operations of the clinic, including scheduling and admitting patients
7. Maintain effective communication with staff and other clinic services personnel
8. Maintain a high level of customer service at all times
9. Provide support to other clinic staff members as needed
10. Follow all policies and procedures of Legacy Health
