1. Provide exceptional customer service to patients, families, and visitors by warmly welcoming them to Legacy Health and addressing any questions or concerns.
2. Assist with the administrative tasks of the Rehab Medicine department, such as scheduling appointments, maintaining patient records, and managing phone calls.
3. Support the medical staff by preparing examination rooms, stocking supplies, and ensuring a clean and organized environment.
4. Communicate effectively with patients to gather and record medical histories, vital signs, and other pertinent information.
5. Collaborate with the medical team to ensure efficient and timely patient care, including assisting with procedures and treatments.
6. Maintain confidentiality of patient information and adhere to HIPAA guidelines.
7. Demonstrate attention to detail in accurately documenting patient information and following established protocols and procedures.
8. Act as a liaison between patients, medical staff, and other departments within Legacy Health to ensure smooth and coordinated care.
9. Continuously seek opportunities to improve patient experience and provide feedback to the medical team.
