
Client Service Representative
Legacy Health is looking for an enthusiastic and customer-focused Client Service Representative to join our team. In this role, you will provide excellent customer service to our clients, while helping to ensure that our services meet their needs. We are looking for someone with a passion for providing excellent service and a commitment to providing a positive customer experience. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as a proven record of providing exceptional customer service. You should also be able to multi-task and prioritize, in order to manage multiple customer inquiries. The ability to think critically and creatively in order to solve problems is essential. A successful Client Service Representative must be able to work independently, as well as in a team environment. Finally, the ideal candidate should possess strong computer skills, with experience using customer relationship management (CRM) systems. Responsibilities:
• Provide excellent customer service to Legacy Health’s clients • Ensure that services meet customer needs • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills • Prioritize and multitask to manage multiple customer inquiries • Think critically and creatively to solve customer problems • Work independently and as part of a team • Possess strong computer skills, with experience in CRM systems • Maintain customer relationship records and service agreements • Follow up with customers to ensure satisfaction with products/services • Respond to customer inquiries in a timely and professional manner • Create and maintain positive customer relationships • Suggest new services or products that may be of interest to customers • Assist in resolving customer complaints and disputes
