- Provide compassionate and high-quality care to patients before, during, and after surgery.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure a safe and efficient surgical experience for patients.
- Assist with patient preparation for surgery, including checking vital signs, collecting medical history, and ensuring proper documentation.
- Monitor patients' post-operative recovery and report any changes or concerns to the healthcare team.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by the healthcare team.
- Assist with the transportation of patients to and from the operating room.
- Maintain a clean and organized surgical environment, including stocking supplies and equipment.
- Follow all surgical protocols and procedures to ensure patient safety and infection control.
- Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families during the surgical process.
- Continuously educate and update yourself on new surgical techniques and procedures.
- Maintain accurate and detailed patient records and documentation.
- Adhere to all hospital policies and procedures, including confidentiality and code of conduct.
- Attend and actively participate in staff meetings, training sessions, and educational opportunities.
- Act as an advocate for patients and their needs, addressing any concerns or issues with the healthcare team.
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards patients, families, and colleagues.

Valid Cna Certification: The Candidate Must Hold A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program.
Experience In Surgical Specialties: Previous Experience Working In A Surgical Setting, Such As A Hospital Or Outpatient Surgery Center, Is Highly Preferred.
Knowledge Of Surgical Procedures: The Candidate Should Have A Solid Understanding Of Surgical Procedures And Terminology, As Well As The Ability To Assist With Various Tasks During Surgeries.
Excellent Communication Skills: Effective Communication Is Essential In A Surgical Setting, And The Candidate Must Possess Strong Verbal And Written Communication Skills.
Physical Endurance: The Job Of A Cna In Surgical Specialties May Involve Standing For Long Periods, Assisting With Lifting And Positioning Patients, And Other Physically Demanding Tasks. Therefore, The Candidate Must Be Physically Fit And Able To Meet The Physical Demands Of The Job.
