Job Qualifications
  • Completion Of A State-Approved Cna Training Program: Legacy Health Requires All Cnas To Have Completed A State-Approved Training Program, Which Typically Includes Classroom Instruction And Hands-On Clinical Experience.

  • Active Cna Certification: Candidates Must Hold An Active Cna Certification In The State Where They Will Be Working. This Ensures That They Have Met The Necessary Requirements And Have The Required Knowledge And Skills To Work As A Cna.

  • Strong Communication And Interpersonal Skills: Cnas Must Be Able To Effectively Communicate With Patients, Their Families, And Other Healthcare Professionals. This Includes Being Able To Listen Actively, Convey Information Clearly, And Show Empathy And Compassion Towards Patients.

  • Physical And Emotional Stamina: The Job Of A Cna Can Be Physically And Emotionally Demanding, Requiring Long Hours On Their Feet And Dealing With Challenging Situations. Candidates Must Possess The Stamina To Handle These Demands And Maintain A Positive Attitude.
