- Participate in ongoing training and education to maintain current knowledge and skills in the field of healthcare.

Active Cna Certification: A Certified Nursing Assistant Must Have A Valid Cna Certification From An Accredited Program In Order To Work At Legacy Health. This Certification Ensures That The Individual Has Received The Necessary Training And Education To Provide Quality Care To Patients.
Previous Experience In A Float Pool Or Similar Role: A Cna Applying For A Float Pool Position At Legacy Health Should Have Prior Experience Working In A Float Pool Or As A Traveling Cna. This Demonstrates The Individual's Ability To Adapt To Different Work Environments And Provide Effective Care In A Variety Of Settings.
Knowledge Of Medical Terminology And Procedures: A Cna In The Float Pool At Legacy Health Must Have A Strong Understanding Of Medical Terminology And Procedures. This Knowledge Is Essential For Accurately Documenting Patient Care And Communicating With Other Healthcare Professionals.
