  1. Perform daily tasks and responsibilities in accordance with Legacy Health's policies and procedures.
  2. Adhere to all safety protocols and maintain a safe and clean environment for patients.
  3. Assist patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and feeding.
  4. Monitor and record patient vital signs and report any changes to the nursing team.
  5. Respond to patient calls and requests in a timely and compassionate manner.
  6. Document patient care activities accurately and timely.
  7. Follow infection control procedures to prevent the spread of diseases.
  8. Collaborate with the nursing team to develop and implement individualized care plans for patients.
  9. Assist with transferring and positioning patients to ensure their comfort and safety.
  10. Provide emotional support and comfort to patients and their families.
  11. Maintain proper inventory of supplies and equipment.
  12. Attend training and education programs to enhance knowledge and skills.
  13. Maintain confidentiality of patient information.
  14. Participate in performance improvement activities to ensure quality patient care.
  15. Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members.
  16. Uphold professional standards and ethics in all interactions.
  17. Demonstrate a positive and professional attitude towards patients and colleagues.
  18. Adhere to HIPAA guidelines and maintain patient privacy.
  19. Attend and actively participate in team meetings and huddles.
  20. Perform other duties as assigned by the nursing team or supervisor.
