- Provide exceptional customer service to patients and staff when addressing equipment issues.
- Collaborate with equipment vendors and manufacturers to resolve complex equipment issues.
Associate's Degree Or Higher In Biomedical Equipment Technology Or A Related Field.
Minimum Of 2 Years Of Experience In Repairing And Maintaining Medical Equipment.
Strong Knowledge Of Electronic And Mechanical Systems, As Well As Medical Terminology.
Familiarity With Industry Standards And Regulations, Such As Fda And Osha Guidelines.
Excellent Troubleshooting And Problem-Solving Skills, With The Ability To Work Independently And In A Team Environment.
